We offer two categories of sponsorship: Gold and Silver.

Gold Sponsorship subscription amounts to €4,000 (not subject to VAT) and includes:

·        Colour logos of the sponsoring companies placed in the Conference hall, shown in the presentation video and printed in the Conference materials;

·        Advertisement video show on the large screen;

·        Two delegates fee;

·        Exhibition booth;

Silver Sponsorship subscription amounts to €2,000 (not subject to VAT) and includes:

Registration & Fees:

Single delegate fee                 €400 (not subject to VAT)

The fee package covers:

·        Attendance of all plenary sessions and access to the Conference exhibition;

·        Professional tours including transfer;

·        Lunches during the Conference days and closing ceremony banquet;

Exhibition participant fee      €1,000 (not subject to VAT)

The fee package covers:

·        Single delegate fee;

To register for the Conference just fill in and return the Delegate Registration Form to the Conference Secretariat by April 22, 2008 and transfer the registration fee according to issued invoice for selected participation option(s). Registrations will not be effective until the payment has been received.

Submission of Papers:

Dear Speakers! For prior arrangements in the Conference Programme and publication in the Conference Proceedings, we kindly request you to submit abstracts of the speeches or reports in English and/or Russian languages not exceeding 5 typewritten pages by April 19, 2008 to the Conference Secretariat.

Hotel Accommodation:

·        Conference participants are recommended to make their reservations at Tatiana Hotel (4*), our official partner, located at 11, Stremyanny pereulok (next to Paveletskaya metro station and within walking distance from the conference venue).

·        Hotel charges are not included in the registration fee. For discounted room rate, please refer to Contract No. 691/C-06 dated 05.06.2006 between the Hotel and the Academy.

·        The hotel also extends visa support.
